In this section of the New Audit Definition form, users can set up and manage logistical details, as well as make preparations necessary for the upcoming audit.

Considerations

1. Time Zone Impact: This is a checkbox that, when selected, allows users to indicate the impact of different time zones as an important consideration for the audit program.
2. ICT Availability: This is a checkbox that, when selected, allows users to indicate the availability of information and communication technologies as an important consideration for the audit program.
3. Tools/Tech/Equipment Availability: This is a checkbox that, when selected, allows users to indicate the availability of tools, technology, and equipment as an important consideration for the audit program.
4. Facility Requirements: This is a checkbox that, when selected, allows users to indicate facility requirements as an important consideration for the audit program.

Financial Resources

1. Add: This button allows users to add a new item/resource.
   
   • Item: This is a text field that allows users to input the name of the item.
   • Cost: This is a numeric field that allows users to input the cost.
   • Time: This is a numeric field that allows users to input the time.
   • Comment: This is a text field that allows users to input their comment on the item.
2. Discard Changes: This button allows users to discard their changes.
3. Save Changes: This button allows users to save their changes.
4. Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete an item/resource.
   

   **To confirm the deletion of items in the grid, click on the Save Changes button or simply click outside the grid. To undo deletion, click either Discard Changes or Undo ( ).
