After the team leader selects the Establish Contact button in the Schedule Audit form, the lead evidence collector will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks prompting them to assign collectors for the audit.
Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the button in the email will direct users to the Assign Collector(s) form. Similar to the Schedule Audit form, this form provides details about the audit and includes the Participants & Audit Schedule accordion. While all fields in this accordion are set to read-only, it serves as a means for users to review the audit schedule and its assigned participants.

- Evidence Collectors & Dates
Users can access the Evidence Collectors & Dates accordion. Similar to the Schedule Audit task, within this accordion, users have the ability to assign evidence collectors to requirements, making necessary modifications to existing assignments. Users can also specify or modify the dates for the rounds of evidence collection.
- Round 1 Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the first round of evidence collection.
- Round 1 End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the first round of evidence collection.
- Round 2 Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the second round of evidence collection.
- Round 2 End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the second round of evidence collection.
- Select All Evidence: This button allows users to select all evidence in the grid.
- Deselect All Evidence: This button allows users to deselect all evidence in the grid.
- Set Entered Dates: This button allows users to apply the entered dates for the respective rounds in the grid.
- Submit Collectors
At the bottom of the Assign Collector(s) form, there is the following button:
- Submit Collectors: This button allows users to submit the selected collectors to the team leader for review and confirmation.
