In this section of the Collect Evidence form, users can review details about the audit and test.

• Inside the Audit Details accordion, users can access details about the audit and the requirement linked to the test. (These requirement details are established in the New Requirement form.)
  
• Inside the Test Details accordion, users can access details about the test—that is, the test for which evidence is being requested and to which the requirement is linked. (These details are established in the New Test form.)
