16. Audits – Pending Schedule

In this module, users can monitor audits whose scheduling is still pending. A Gantt chart visualizes these pending audits, and a grid provides a detailed list. This grid allows users to modify the execution start period, execution end period, and audit scheduling start date as needed.

1. Execution Period Start Date: This is a date picker that allows users to filter by the start period of the audit execution.
2. Execution Period End Date: This is a date picker that allows users to filter by the end period of the audit execution.
3. Apply Filter: This button filters the results according to the entered search criteria.

*To edit dates inside the grid, simply click on the corresponding cell. To save the updates, click the Save Changes button or click outside the grid. To discard the updates, click Discard Changes.

!Upon reaching the specified Start of Audit Scheduling date for a given audit, the system will automatically trigger the Schedule Audit task, assigning it to the designated team leader. Subsequently, the active audit plan will be removed from the Audit Plans – Pending Schedule module.
