11.8.1. Collect Evidence

In the Collect Evidence form, users can collect evidence for a given test.

1. Accordions: The form includes several collapsible sections, known as accordions, which each serve a specific purpose.
   • Evidence Details
   • Audit and Test Details
   • Evidence Collected (Samples)
2. Comment: This field allows users to add comments related to the evidence collection.
   • Any comments (or replies) added here will populate the Comments grid in the Collect Evidence form.
     
3. Save and Previous: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the previous item in the grid.
4. Save and Return: This button allows users to save their changes and return to the Collect Evidence form.
5. Save and Next: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the next item in the grid.
   

   !!The Save and Previous and Save and Next buttons are available only when there are items before or after the current one in the grid, respectively.

*Once changes have been saved, the Sample Count in the Evidence grid of the Collect Evidence form will update accordingly.
