11.2.3. Evidence Collectors & Dates

In this section of the Schedule Audit form, users can assign evidence collectors to requirements and set the dates for each round of evidence collection.

*By default, the lead evidence collector assigned in the Participants & Audit Schedule accordion will be set as the collector for all evidence in the grid.

1. Round 1 Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the first round of evidence collection.
2. Round 1 End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the first round of evidence collection.
3. Round 2 Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the second round of evidence collection.
4. Round 2 End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the second round of evidence collection.
5. Select All Evidence: This button allows users to select all evidence in the grid.
6. Deselect All Evidence: This button allows users to deselect all evidence in the grid.
7. Set Entered Dates: This button allows users to apply the entered dates for the respective rounds in the grid.
   

   !! An evidence item must be selected in the grid for the dates to be set.
