11.6.1.1.1. Evidence from Collectors

In the Evidence from Collectors accordion, users can review all evidence collected for the tests linked to the audit requirement. If necessary, users can leverage this interface to initiate a third round of evidence collection.

!This sub-accordion only becomes accessible after the collected evidence has been reviewed and approved.

1. View ( ): This button allows users to view the collected evidence.
   • If selected, it will display the View Approved Evidence form.
2. Select Evidence: This is a multi-select dropdown field that displays the list of applicable evidence items. It allows users to select the evidence for which the third round of collection will be triggered.
   • The evidence items listed in this dropdown are the same as those listed in the primary grid of the sub-accordion.
3. Round Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the third round.
4. Round End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the third round.
5. Set 3rd Round Dates: This button allows users to set the selected dates for the third round of evidence collection.
   • Once selected, these dates will populate the Test Evidence grid.
     

!Please note that changes must be saved in the Validate Requirement form for the third round of evidence collection to be triggered on the specified start date.
