• Just Eat Delivery couriers must bring their insulated delivery bags into the outlet when collecting orders.
• For Food Safety Hygiene and Temperature in Transit reasons we should not despatch an order to a customer if the courier does not have their delivery bag with them.
• If the courier arrives for collection without their delivery bag – tell them you cannot give them the order without their bag.
If the courier is not cooperative, inform Management or your Supervisor.
