WHAT WE NEED TO PREPARE A PERFECT MILKSHAKE

1. Scale weight please ensure the scale is always set in GRAMS
2. Steel milkshake mug please make sure mug is always clean and dry inside/outside
3. Timer timer to be set for 1.5mins
4. Soft spatula the size of the spatula should be small enough to reach the steel mug from the bottom
5.250 g of Gelato to make the perfect milkshake make sure that the temperature of gelato is correct (-12C). If gelato is too hard milkshake is not going to be smooth and creamy, never add extra milkshake mix always follow the recipe
6. 150 g of Milkshake Mix to make the milkshake mix take 1 L
of Gino’s base and 1 L of fresh organic milk, mix these two ingredients with a hand whisk, when the mix is ready make sure you store the mix in the correct way, the mix should be covered, labeled and stored in the fridge, expiring date for the milkshake mix is 72 hours

Nutella Milkshake: The ratio for Nutella Milkshake is 300g Nutella Gelato + 100g Milkshake Mix

7. 16oz biodegradable paper cup
8. 16oz biodegradable plastic lid
9. Straw
10. Napkin

PREPARATION PROCESS:

Place the steel milkshake mug on the scale and set it to Zero.
Add 250 g of Gelato into the mug, then set again to Zero.
Add 150g of Milkshake Mix – ensure you stir the Milkshake Mix thoroughly before adding it to the stainless steel blending cup
(Nutella Milkshake: The ratio for Nutella Milkshake is 300g Nutella Gelato + 100g Milkshake Mix)
Attach the mug with gelato and milkshake mix on the milkshake machine, please make sure that the mug is locked properly, set up the timer and mix the milkshake for 30 seconds at low speed, and then on maximum speed and mix continuously for another 1-minutetotal time mixing is 1.5 minutes.
When the time is up, gently remove the milkshake mug from the machine.
Take a Paper 16oz (470ml) Serving Cup up and transfer the ready milkshake into the Serving Cup. Use the soft spatula to remove any left-over from the mug.
Cover the serving cup with a lid and put a straw in it – Please use a napkin or tongs to handle the straw.
When all the preparation and service process is done, don’t forget to clean the milkshake machine.

CLEANING PROCESS :

First, take the steel mug and wash underwater in the kitchen sink, when the mug is clean take 200 ml. of hot water into the mug, attach the mug back to the milkshake machine, spin the machine for 10 seconds at low speed, when the spinning time ends remove steel mug from the machine and give good wipe with blue paper / green cloth, don’t forget to wash the steel mug under the kitchen sink, dry and the clean mug has to be attached back to the milkshake machine be always ready for the next order.
MILKSHAKE MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE CLEAN ALL THE TIME !
