HOW TO CLEAN THE WAFFLE MACHINE

CLEANING PROCESS STEP BY STEP
1.Make sure that you wear all required cleaning equipment before start the cleaning process
2.Remove any oil pooling and residue with Grease Proof Paper
3.Brush away any crumbs or residue with a narrow flat-headed screwdriver or flat scraper on the inside and outside the waffle machine
4.Remove any cooked waffle fragments stuck to the waffle machine with a rubber spatula.
5.Then proceed to apply Fake Dough to remove remaining fragments and residue.
6.Place the Fake Dough mix over the whole area of the bottom of Waffle machine
7.Pull down the top and allow to cook for approximately 10 to 15 min
8.When the cooking time is finished, using Waffle Forks and whilst wearing gloves, remove the ‘Fake Dough Waffle’ and dispose of it (Do not eat).

FAKE DOUGH RECIPE

Plain flour 1kg
Cold water 1.2 kg
Sunflower oil 35g

preparation process step by step
1.to measure all the ingredients use scale weight
2.i the plastic 5 liters jug put first 1.2 kg cold water then 1 kg of plain flour and 35 g of sunflower oil
3.mix all 3 ingredients for approximately 5 minutes using the stick blander
4.ready made fake dough have to be store in the fridge with the expired date label
5.the expired date is 72 hours

HOW TO SEASON WAFFLE MACHINE
What we need to season the waffle machine

Trennspray
Fake Dough

Season process step by step
1. Plug in the waffle machine, open it and set the thermostat to 200°C. Leave it to heat for 10 minutes.
2. Then lower the thermostat to 190°C. Wait for 5 minutes to allow the temperature to come down a touch. Leave the waffle iron at this temperature (190°C) throughout the following steps.
3.Carefully apply a fine coat of Trennspray oil to all the blocks and grooves of the Waffle Plate surface. Avoid pooling excess oil in the grooves of the waffle.
4.Leave this first layer to cook thoroughly for 10 minutes.
5.Apply a second layer of Trennspray® in the same manner as the previous step. Use only the provided spay oil with no other ingredients for the seasoning process.
6.Then lower the thermostat to 170 °C – the temperature we will be using to apply Fake Dough to remove the residue on the Waffle machine plates.
7.Place the fake dough mix over the whole area of the bottom waffle machine
8.Pull down the top and allow to cook for approx. 10 to 15 min
9.When finished dump the Fake Dough Waffle (Do not eat)
10.Successful seasoning should result in a chestnut-coloured surface (dark brown) resembling varnish.
