8. Daily WhatsApp Uploads – Gelato Display

Opening Photograph

1. Every morning the appointed Gelato Maker must upload a photograph of the Gelato display onto the assigned WhatsApp Group
2. A Calendar indicating the date of the display must be visible in the photograph.
3. Ensure that all Gelato Name Tags are correct, upright and clearly visible to the customers
4. Ensure that all Gelato Serving Spoons are upright to maximise presentation appeal- these should be kept vertical throughout the day

Closing Photograph

1.Every evening, one hour (or less) before closing, the appointed ‘Closer’ must upload a photograph of the Gelato display onto the assigned WhatsApp Group
2. A Calendar indicating the date of the display must be visible in the photograph.
3. Ensure that all Gelato Name Tags are correct, upright, and clearly visible to the customers
4. Ensure that all Gelato Serving Spoons are upright to maximize presentation appeal
