INTRODUCTION

As part of the daily cleaning procedure, all Nutella®, Caramel, White Chocolate, molten Callebaut® callets & Callebaut Pinguino® sauce bottles lids should be cleaned after the bottles have been topped-up
Some outlets have used the end of a Waffle Fork to clean the nozzles/lids of sauce bottles – especially when they block up and are not dispensing properly.
