Cleaning procedures step by step
1.Remove all bottles and equipment around the machine.
2.Turn off the crepe maker and procced to the following step on a lukewarm plate
3. Must wear protective gloves
4.Start to scrape the griddle surface using abrasive stone, following grove patterns
5.Pass the stone by making concentric movements
6.Remove the stone residues with blue roll
7.Clean the plate with sponge
8. Side of the machine must clean with wire sponge
9.Finish by spreading evenly of oil on the plate with cleaning pad
10. Season the machine before use
11. First cooked crepes should throw away
HOW TO SEASON CREPES MACHINE AFTER DEEP CLEAN
1. Turn on the Crepe Machine and set the knob 180 °C
2. Spray Olive Oil onto the cleaning pad.
3. Spread the olive oil evenly on the plate with the cleaning pad.
4. Cook 5 to 10 mins until is no more smoke
5. Repeat this operation 2-3 times if is necessary,
6. Finish the preparation by passing the pad on the griddle without adding any fat.
