Press: SET
Keep SET button pressed down until the ⁰C light on the top right of the LCD Display starts flashing
Release SET button
Press: ˄ or ˅ to adjust temperature of display freezer cabinet ‘up’ or ‘down’
Press SET button again
In the Summer time, the temperature can be brought down to -18⁰C to -20⁰C
In the Winter time, the temperature can be brought up to -13⁰C to -14⁰C
[the Gelato in the freezer must not go warmer than -12⁰C – check this with the probe thermometer]
