Configuration.

1. Click on the Windows Icon and Search for Outlook

2. Open Outlook

3. Click Next

4. Select Yes and click Next

5. Type in the Store Name, Mail address and Password provided by the Staff.

- If the Staff don’t know the password, please call the Technician hotline to reset it

- Hotline for Planned Exchange : + 45 99 42 43 40
- Hotline for Urgent Exchange: + 45 99 42 45 50

6. Click Next

7. After several minutes, Outlook will ask for the email account password again. Type it in and click OK.

8. Click Finish

9. Right click on Outlook and press Pin to taskbar
