Removing Old POS Hardware

Preparations:

1. Ask the staff to Remove any Money that is in the Cash Drawer.

Removing old POS Hardware:

2. Turn Off the POS PC by holding down the Power Button for approx. 15 seconds.

3. Unplug ALL cables from the POS PC.

4. If the Customer Display and the Hand Scanner Stand are screwed to the desk, Remove them.

6. Pull ALL the disconnected Cables though the desk, and put them Aside.

7. Remove ALL old POS related Hardware from the desk and put it Aside.

8. Leave the EFT where it is.

9. Now you should have a clean desk without old POS related hardware.
