1. Before you start you MUST restart the POS!

2. Make sure taskbar is set to “Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode” (right click taskbar and choose “Taskbar settings”)

3. Start mPOS application and paste/type the URL below in as “Server URL
https://bestretailret.operations.dynamics.com/commerce
a.Then press the link: “Manually enter register and device ID” and enter POS and Device ID manually (shopnumber + 00x – depending on POS 001, 002 etc.)

4. When prompted for username, use the:
Username: retail.install@bestseller.com
Password retail!

5. Click the link in the lower left corner to continue – do NOT press “OK

6. And activation is done.

7. Sign in using the IT User “99999999” and password “30853085”

8. Choose “Perform a Non-drawer operation”

9. Go to the home menu.

10. Choose Hardware Station.

11. Press ”Administrer” – Move the slider to activate the hardware profile.

12. Log off and back on again – all peripherals should now work
