1. Open EpsonNet Config
2. Log in by using:
User: .\administrator
Password: P@sSw0rD – If this Password doesn’t work, please contact the Technician Hotline.
3. Press Refresh and wait 20 sec. for the Label Printer to show.
4. Click on the Printer Called TM-L90.
5. Go to TCP/IP > Basic
6. REMOVE the Checkmark in Set using PING and enter the Correct IP information for the Label Printer.
- IP information:
IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.30
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: XXX.XXX.XXX.1
- Replace XXX with the IP info you get from running a ‘‘ipconfig’‘ in CMD.
7. Press Transmit, followed by Ok and Ok
