Backup Script – OLD BOS PC

Download and Run Backup Script on the OLD BOS PC

1. On the OLD BOS PC open the Software Center

2. Seach for Backup

3. Click on the Package NCR BOS BackupRestore

4. Press Install and let the installation run

5. When the Installation is Done go to C:\install

6. Right click the file NCR BOS BackupRestore.zip and choose Extract All.

7. Open the Extracted folder

8. Run Backup.bat

9. Press Enter as IP is default

10. Type in the IP of the NEW BOS PC and press Enter
- The BOS PC will have a label on it showing the IP address.
- The picture is an example of an IP address

11. Continue to the next topic of the guide while the backup is running.
- The backup Script may run up to an hour depending on the size of the files.
