User and company:
You may choose between compact view or a single column view for user and company profiles.
Ticket and change:
By default, when copying tables from external sources the borders will not be visible. Enable this setting to view table borders.
User information:
You may choose between the available languages to set your preferred language in the Agent console.
Check the Unavailable-box to set yourself in an unavailable status. A red circle will appear next to your profile-icon, to signalise that you are in an unavailable status. Your name will be appended with (unavailabIe) in the assignment-dropdowns for tickets, changes and tasks. There are certain criteria and actions in workflow definitions are associated to the unavailable-status of an agent.
Notifications:
Channel(s) lets you choose where you want to receive notifications, whenever a ticket, change or task is created or updated. You may choose to receive notifications in Pureservice, by e-mail, or both.
You can enable the option to highlight tickets and changes in lists, whenever they receive an update. You may also choose that associated notifications are automatically removed, whenever you visit a ticket or a change.
List export:
You can select the CSV delimiter you wish to use for exporting lists from Pureservice. You may choose between Comma or Semicolon as delimiters.
