When you create a new ticket in Pureservice, you can choose to fill out the request form by selecting a template. Working with templates might help speed up the registration process, as it fills out fields in the form for you. Press the template button to see which templates you can select.

The templates are categorized as personal, or by zone and Team.

Create new Template

Templates can be created using the button. This will take you to the form where you can fill out the information that the template should contain

Here you can edit fields you want the template to set. Note that these fields, such as Subject or Description, will overwrite any existing values.
You can also create Tasks, and assign them to specific Agents.
