This app can be configured to display a custom HTML-panel. The app becomes available to agents as a selectable widget in the sidebar on tickets.
Genreal
Enabled: Enable or disable the app
Always on: If enabled, the HTML-app will always be visible in the ticket sidebar.
Name: A unique name for the app. This name will be used as a title for the ticket sidebar widget
Icon: Choose which icon you want to represent the app in the sidebar panel.
App template
The app template determines what the app looks like for agents. Use code words and template logic to format the content as you wish. The app template can contain valid HTML code. It will be added to our body, so HTML tags, head tags and body tags should not be included.
