Press to start the process of creating a new team.
In order to create a new team, you have to enter a unique team name and choose Interaction zone as well as what type of team. It is optional to enter a team email address. Which zone the team is a part of decides the teams permission, rights and configurations such as categories.
A team can be of type standard or private. In a standard team, agents in the same interaction zone have access to view and work with tickets and tasks assigned to that team. Tickets and tasks assigned to a private team are only visible to members of that team.
