Sometimes, an error might occur when sending an email, causing the delivery to fail. A vast number of reasons could cause the error. Pureservice will try to deliver an email up to five times over a timespan of two hours. If this process is unsuccessful, the system stores the email in the maintenance center and sends a notification to the owner of the undelivered email.
Undelivered emails with error codes are listed in the maintenance center, with the columns to, subject, server message and date. By clicking , we mark an email as “pending send”. When the workflow for sending emails runs, the system will try to send the email again.
By hovering over the Server message for any unsent message, you will be given an expanded error message.
