SCCM 2012 R2

*The SCCM database needs to be available from the application server for successful connection to the SCCM app.

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012 R2, formerly Systems Management Server (SMS) is a systems management software product developed by Microsoft for managing large groups of computers running Windows NT, Windows Embedded, macOS (OS X), Linux or UNIX, as well as Windows Phone, Symbian, iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Configuration Manager provides remote control, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, network access protection and hardware and software inventory.

General

Here you can give the app a unique name of your chosing. You can also enable or disable the app.

Options

This is where you setup the connection details and/or which information you would like to display in the app.

*In the fields Database Server Name and Database Name, write the name of the SCCM database server and the SCCM database name. Not Pureservice.

*This app requires Primary User to be set on the objects in the SCCM database

Remote Control

If enabling this option, agents will be able to remote control end users with the Pureservice Connect.
