Click in the top-right corner to start the process of creating a new Interaction zone.

To create a new Interaction zone, simply enter a unique name in the text field and click . Click if you want to create and open the Interaction zone immediately. To close the window and discard input in the text field, press .

In addition to the name, each zone requires you to specify a type. This can be either Standard, or dispatch. The type of the zone cannot be changed after it has been created.
A standard zone is used to set up teams that interact, while a dispatch zone is created if there is a need to dispatch tickets across two or more zones. A ticket that is assigned to a dispatch zone will have some fields and functionality locked down until it is dispatched to a standard zone.
