Agents, Zone Administrators and Administrators are allowed to perform the following bulk operations on contacts, by selecting between 2 to 50 users from the contact list.

Open selected user(s) – will open a tab for each user profile in the selection.

Set inactive – will set selected users as disabled, and they will appear in the Disabled users list.
Pureservice user manual – User Profile Header.

Enabe/disable superuser – sets the selected users either as Superuser or not in Selfservice.
Pureservice user manual – Superusers.

Set available/unavailable – sets the selected agents either as available or unavailable.
Pureservice user manual – User Profile Header.

Anonymize users – will anonymize the selected user profiles, and is an irreversible operation.
Pureservice user manual – User Profile Header.

The following bulk operations can only be performed by Administrators:
Change Company – sets the company which the selected users will belong to.
Change Department – sets the department which the selected users will belong to. This operation requires that the users already belong to a company, and that the company has one or more departments.
