The settings in the sections General settings, Security and authentication and Sender details are the same as those entered when creating an outbound email channel. As with inbound channels, you can edit these settings after the channel has been created.
Used by
You can specify if this email channel should only be used by a specific interaction sone or team. Click on the Used by drop-down menu to choose a zone or team. By default this is set to None.
