The Service Targets is where you fine tune your SLM rules. This is where you specify if a Service Target should apply all incidents, incidents from a specific company, with a specific source, type or category, just incidents assigned to a specific Team or zone, or a combination of all these variables.
You can also specify who should be warned when the Service Target breaches, and define the number of hours and minutes to Warn and Breach.
