Double click on an agent or administrator to open the corresponding User profile page.

Roles

As mentioned in the User Guide, the User Information section, except for the “Reset” button, is for administrators only. You can edit a user’s (both end user, agent and administrator) role.

Team membership

If a user is an agent or administrator, you can also edit team memberships. Simply click on the team membership menu below the enabled/disabled field. An agent/administrator can be member of multiple teams.

Click on the “Default” button to set a default team in each Zone.
