Subdivision Table

To view or edit the Subdivision Table from the Appraisal Module, go to Tables — Land Tables — Subdivision Table

A new window will open in the subdivision user is working in.

From here user can view, edit or create new Subdivisions by adding Location and Community Information.

Plat Information Tab shows Subdivision Name, Approval Info and Plat Data

If Economic Depreciation is needed for a Subdivision, it is added in the Neighborhood Land Table and it will show here.

Print Subdivision List
File — Print — Subdivision List
The Print Options box will open.
CHOOSE All Records
CHOOSE Printer Output
