No Value Buildings

From the Appraisal File — Site Plan

To mark a building on the Site Plan no value:
USE the arrow buttons to highlight the building in red

CLICK the edit button
This will open the Building Data Tab

CLICK the down arrow for Misc Code
SELECT the BNV (Building No Value Code)
CLICK OK

The building description will remain, however, the value of the building will go to zero.
SAVE

EXIT
SAVE changes to the sketch and update Appraisal Record

CHECK the Site Improvements Tab to see if the building’s value went to zero.
