Move/Copy Commercial Buildings

Copying a commercial building from a commercial appraisal record to another commercial appraisal record is a little different than copying in the Residential Appraisal File.
FIRST copy the building into, the current appraisal record. THEN move using the move option to move the copied building to the desired appraisal record.

GO to the Building Data tab.
FIND the building to copy
RIGHT-CLICK on the building

CHOOSE Copy Building
CONFIRM Yes to copy the building record.

CONFIRM Yes this building

The copied building will appear on the list.

FOLLOW the Move instructions below to move building to another appraisal record.

GO to the Building Data tab.
FIND the Builiding to move
RIGHT-CLICK on the Building

CHOOSE Move Building
The Browse Value Records box will open.
FIND the account to move the building to.
CLICK Select

A box will open asking to confirm the move.

CHECK the Building Data tabs and Site Plan tabs to verify the addition/subtraction.
