Move/Copy a Site Improvement

Move or Copy a Site Improvement from Commercial to Residential or Residential to Commercial

Example below shows moving a building from Commercial to Residential.

GO to Site Improvements tab.
FIND the Improvement to move
RIGHT-Click on the Improvement
A box will appear

CHOOSE Move Building
The Browse Value Records box will open.
FIND the account to move the improvement to.
CLICK Select

A box will open asking to confirm the move.

In the case of a move, the improvement will be removed from the site plan and site improvements in the originating account and be added to the chosen account.

In the case of a copy, the improvement will be copied from the site plan and site improvements in the originating account and be added to the chosen account.
