This video shows the addition of a metal building used for a tire shop.

The the following will be added…

• Structure/Occupancy: Service Repair Garage — simple metal building with small office and bathroom
• Interior Finish: None, the small office and bathroom are assumed and already covered in the use/occupancy of the building.
  The video will show how to add a detail area in the sketch to show the location of the office and bathroom. This will not add to the pricing (like an interior finish would).
• Miscellaneous Improvements: Canopy — required on sketch; will be added in the site plan.
• Building Modifier: Warmed and Cooled air for the office area (not included in the pricing of the building) will be added to the building in the Building Data Tab — Modifiers/Improvements
• Site Improvements: Utility Shed — added and sketched in Site Plan. Paving — not mandatory sketch, added in the Site Improvements tab.
