Remodel Table

The Remodel Table contains remodel descriptions, factor type and value and remodel life (in years).
The value adjustment factors are default values. The County Assessor or Appraiser is responsible for changing these values to better fit their county.

This table is applied in the Residential Appraisal File — Residential Data Tab — Age Calculation Box.

CHOOSE desired code and OK to apply a code to a parcel
