GRM Table

The Gross Rent Multiplier (GRA) Table must be built in order to run a Gross Rent Multiplier model.

To View/Edit/Create New GRM Table from the Appraisal File go to:
Tables — Appraisal Tables — GRM Table

From Main Menu — Appraisal — Appraisal Table — GRM Table
