1. Find two neighborhoods that need to be combined.(For example: Combining neighborhood 100 INTO 111)
2. Link the Lot Models from NBHD 100 into 111. OSU Screen — Appraisal — Land Tables — Neighborhood

Use the browse button to find NBHD 100
From here take note off all Models ID’s being used in NBHD 100.

3. Use the browse button to find NBHD 111. Once selected, Edit mode> Under Model ID, add those Model ID’s from NBHD 100 to NBHD 111.

4. Time to Run an Index and Mass Update. This will move all accounts that were in NBHD 100 to NBHD 111.
5. Run an index for the NBHD that is moving. In this example its NBHD 100. OSU Screen>Assessment>Parcel File>Order>Index>Create>Temporary Index.
Parcel Status: >0,Type: REAL, NBHD: 100. Execute

6. Mass Update this Index Tools>Mass Update.

Create a New Mass Update

Name the Mass Update. Here is an example of exactly what the mass update should look like.
Field name>click the drop down arrow and select NBHD and in the replacement expression just type the NBHD Code, for this example it is 111.

Now save and execute the Mass Update
