There are four codes to choose from when flat valuing buildings.

  • #SKFV Flat Value Sketched County — Must sketch building in site plan, input specific dollar amount in site improvements tab, and save.
  • @SKFV Flat Value Sketched Square Foot — Must sketch building in site plan, input specific amount per square foot in site improvement tab and save.
  • #NSFV Flat Value Not Sketched County — Building not sketched, input code and specific dollar amount in site improvements tab and save.
  • @NSFV Flat Value Not Sketched Square Foot — Building not sketched, input code and specific amount per square foot in site improvements tab and save.

Sketch Buildings

This example shows one building #SKFV and the other @SKFV

GO to Site Improvements Tab

ENTER Edit Mode
SELECT Code to change
The Outbuildings window will open.

DELETE Last three letters of code, until code reads #S
ENTER specific dollar amount.
Example: If flat valuing for $500 it would read #S500
TAB through

EXIT and SAVE

Code @SKFV

GO to Site Improvements Tab

ENTER Edit Mode
SELECT Code to change
The Outbuildings window will open.

DELETE Last three letters of code, until code reads “@S”
ENTER specific dollar per square foot amount
Example: If $1/sq ft, it would read @S1.00
TAB through

EXIT and SAVE

No Sketch Buildings

GO to Site Improvements Tab

Code #NSFV

CLICK Add Improvement
The Outbuildings window will open.
SELECT Code #NSFV

DELETE Last three letters of code, until code reads #N
ENTER specific dollar amount.
Example: If flat valuing for $1000 it would read #N1000
TAB through

EXIT and SAVE

Code @NSFV

CLICK Add Improvement
The Outbuildings window will open.

SELECT Code “@NSFV”
ENTER Building Information

DELETE Last three letters of code, until code reads “@N”
ENTER specific dollar per square foot amount
Example: If $2/sq ft, it would read @N2.00
TAB through

EXIT and SAVE
