If the Edit button is selected in the Tests section of the Requirement Conduct Result form, it will open a pop-up window with the Test Results form.

  1. Export to Excel: This button allows users to export selected columns from the Collected Samples grid to Excel.
  2. Excel Template: This button allows users to generate an Excel template of the Collected Samples grid.
  3. Import from Excel: This button allows users to import data (inside columns) from an Excel sheet into the Collected Samples grid.
  4. Inline Edit: This button allows users to edit inside the Test Evidences grid. Here, it specifically allows users to set the Round 3 start and end dates.
    • To edit inline, select the desired evidence request from the grid and click on the Inline Edit button.
      • Round 3 Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the third round.
      • Round 3 End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the third round.
    • Click on either the Save button to save your changes or the Cancel button to cancel them.
  5. Select Evidences: This is a multi-select dropdown field that displays the list of evidence requests. It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
    • Select All: This button allows users to select all evidence.
    • Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all evidence.
  6. Round Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the third round.
  7. Round End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the third round.
  8. Set 3rd Round Dates: This button allows users to set the selected dates for the third round of evidence collection.
    • Once this button has been selected, these dates will populate the Test Evidences grid.
  9. Apply: This button allows users to save their work and return to the Requirement Conduct Result form.
    • Changes needed to be applied/saved on both the Test Results and Requirement Conduct Result forms in order for the third round of evidence collection to be be triggered on the set date.
