1. Select Audit: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of audit definitions. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
  2. Copy Audit: This button allows users to copy the details of the selected audit definition.
    • If clicked on, all the fields in the form will be updated according to the selected audit definition. Users can then modify the updated fields.
  3. Audit #: This field is automatically populated with the audit number/ID whenever a new audit is defined. Users cannot modify the field.
  4. Audit Name: This is a text field that allows users to input the audit name. It is a mandatory field.
  5. Audit Subject: This is a text field that allows users to input the audit subject.
  6. Audit Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined audit types. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
    • Audit Types (Standard): External, Internal, and Supplier.
      • If Internal is selected, it will display the following field:
        • Department: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of departments. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
      • If Supplier is selected, it will display the following field:
        • Supplier: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of suppliers (from the Suppliers application). It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
    • Audit types are created in the Audit Types section of Audit Application Settings.
  7. Frequency: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined frequencies. It allows users to select the frequency of the audit. Users can only select one value at a time from the dropdown.
    • Frequency options are created in the Frequency section of General Settings.
  8. Compliance Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined compliance types. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
    • Once a compliance type has been selected, it will alter the Audit # in the following manner:
    • Compliance types are created in the Audit Compliance Types List section of Audit Application Settings.
  9. Estimated Effort (Hours): This is a numeric field that allows users to input the estimated number of hours it will take to execute the audit.
  10. First Reminder To Be Sent: This is a numeric field that allows users to input the number of days that can pass before the first reminder about the scheduled audit should be sent.
  11. Language the Audit Will Be: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to select the language that the audit will be in. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown.
    • Language options are created in the Language of section General Settings.
  12. Audit Method: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined audit methods. It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
    • Audit methods are created in the Audit Method section of Audit Application Settings.
  13. Audit Related To: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of predefined audit relations. It allows users to define their audit as specific to certain processes, products, services, etc. Users can select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
    • Audit Relations (Standard): Process, Service, Product.
    • If Process is selected, it will enable the Select EPC Process(es) dropdown.
      • Select EPC Process(es): This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of processes from EPC. It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
        • Select All: This button allows users to select all processes.
        • Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all processes.
    • If Service is selected, it will enable the Select EPC Service(s) dropdown.
      • Select EPC Service(s): This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of capabilities from EPC. It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
        • Select All: This button allows users to select all services.
        • Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all services.
    • If Product is selected, it will enable the Product(s) dropdown.
      • Product(s): This is a multi-select dropdown field that displays the list of products. It allows users to select multiple values at a time from the dropdown.
        • Select All: This button allows users to select all products.
        • Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all products.
    • Audit relations are created in the Audit Related To List section of Audit Application Settings.
