At the bottom of the Schedule Audit form, there is the following button:

  1. Establish Contact: This button allows you (the team leader) to establish contact with the selected users.
    • Lead Auditor will then be tasked with assigning auditors.
    • Lead Evidence Collector will be tasked with assigning collectors.
      • This task only applies if a requirement is linked to a test. If none of the requirements are linked to a test, the Assign Collector(s) task will not be sent out.
