The application is a development platform and runtime environment to quickly and easily create web-based business applications. While the application is used by customers to handle business processes, the application configurator is used by Configurators to make the application adapt to current and future needs for the business. Application management is particularly needed during operation of the application to create and modify user or application settings. Also during application configuration, to create selection lists and translations.
