In case an Alarm has to be added to a TCI that occurred in an environment that was not observed by a Berlinger-supported device the functionality of manual alarms can be utilized. This will allow for the addition of an excursion to a TCI simply and easily. To access the functionality there is the Sub-menu point Manual alarms available under the menu point Reporting.

When accessing this tab you will be able to access all already present Manual alarms. Also, there will be the option to create new Manual alarms by pressing the button on the top right.

Once pressed a new view will open that will allow for entering the information regarding the manual alarm.

This includes information on the excursion itself(temperature/time) as well as additional supporting information like the root cause or the actions taken to mitigate it from re-occurring. The temperature data will then be automatically added to the corresponding TCIs for the recalculation of the stability budget. This process might take some time depending on the amount of TCIs that require the update.
