Under the ‘Administration’ menu, the user will be able to find the ‘License settings’ sub-menu. Within there – depending on the user’s access rights – you will be either able to see only a menu point for your sublicense or the sublicense as well as the master license. If you wish to edit one of the menu points you can do so by pressing the button on the right. The user is able to adjust 2 menu points. ‘Review management’ as well as ‘reason of change’. To be able to enforce a reason of change (a comment will be required to commit a change) the review management has to be activated.
The review management itself, if activated, will be required if a new configuration policy is created for it to be approved. When creating the policy the user is greeted by the button instead of the
and the policy will not be available until approved.
For the approval, a user with the required permissions can review them under the review tab
