Close an Alarm

When an alarm situation no longer persists and corrective action has been taken, you can close the alarm. Closing an alarm is only possible after it has been acknowledged by the user. The sole purpose of closing an alarm is to document proper handling of an alarm situation. You should not close an alarm when it still persists.
