Spraying Simulation screen is used to perform various tests of the sprayer implement components, with the equipment outside its normal spraying operation and in a stationary position. Below a short list of test that can be performed through this screen.
- Flowmeter Calibration
- Nozzle tests
- Adjusting the calibrated return – for 3-way Section Valves
- Miscellaneous diagnosis
The image below shows the Spraying Simulation screen, detailing each item in its composition.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Target Rate | Fixed target rate at which simulation will occur, editable by the button  . A rate value should be selected close to what will be used for effective spraying operation in the field.

| Speed | Machine speed to perform the simulation, editable by the button . A speed value selected must be close to that used in the effective spraying work in the field.
|
| Rate | Rate in L/ha read from the spraying system, considering the Flowmeter Constant currently configured. |
| Flow | Flow in L/min of the spraying system, considering the Flowmeter Constant currently configured.
|
| Spraying | Main spraying switch status – Off or On. The status can be changed by Application Button, or by the touch sensitive button to switch on the spraying  . |
| Flowmeter | Value of pulses/min read from the flow meter.
|
| Implement Sensor | Implement Sensor configuration status – Able or Disabled. |
| Section switch buttons | Touch sensitive buttons for operating the sections, at the bottom of the Spraying Simulation screen. The width of the buttons depends on currently configurated sections number – 1 to 9. The buttons can assume the following states.

– Section open and applying
– Section open and not applying
– Closed section
