12.2. Password recovery

IsoFarm platform password recovery can be performed by selecting the “I forgot my password” option on the login screen.

Inform the email used during registration to recover your password, wait for the confirmation screen of the password reset email to appear.

When you receive the email, click on the link at the end of the message to reset your password.

! If after 5 minutes the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, check for e-mails from webmaster@isofarm.com.br in the Spam folder.

In the password reset screen, fill in the new password fields and select the option “Send”.

!Your password must have between 4 and 10 characters.

The password reset confirmation screen will be displayed. You can access the login screen by selecting the “OK” option.
