8.1.7.1. Flow Control

The parameters that composes the Flow Control menu are responsible for fine adjustments of the flow control performed by the IsoView system, using the flowmeter as a sensor and the regulation valve as actuator. The gain values ​​should be changed only if the flow and pressure of the system, during normal spraying operation, do not remain stable.

The image below shows the Flow Control menu screen, with a description of possible gains to be edited.

Gain Description
P Gain – High High flow Proportional control gain. Change its value when the system is operating in an oscillatory manner, and the difference between flow read and target flow is greater than 3 L/min.

P Gain – Low Low flow Proportional control gain. Change its value when the system is operating in an oscillatory manner, and the difference between flow read and target flow is less than 3 L/min.

I Gain Integrative control gain. Change its value to smooth regulation valve opening and closing, according to previously configured parameters.
