GPS Signal Filter parameter, in the Advanced Settings menu, configures the use of a software filter through which the IsoView system decides whether the GNSS signal is sufficient or not for operation, based on its current quality. When the filter is Enable, if the value of HDOP is less than 2.0, the signal is considered OK; otherwise, the GNSS signal will be interrupted. With the filter Disabled, the value of HDOP is not considered.
GPS Signal Filter should be applied when the user does not want to operate with poor quality reception of the GNSS signal, for example near the riparian forest, in order to do not affect the operation accuracy.
